1678 / 1928 JOHN BUNYAN. Fine "Noel Douglas" Facsimile of First Edition in Fine Arts & Crafts Binding.
A really beautifully produced facsimile on fine paper of the true first edition [1678] of Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress. Very attractively bound by B.H. Blackwell Ltd, Oxford in half crushed morocco with raised bands, subtle Arts & Crafts tooling, marbled endpapers, and top-edge gilt in gold. A lovely example.
