As one of the most popular of all Puritan divines, nearly all Thomas Watson's works from the 17th century are rare. I don't recall ever handling this one before. If I have, it has been many, many years.

Original paneled calf, through at extremities, but holding well and binding itself quite solid. Blank ffep lacking, starting at title which is handled with light tears and some significant soiling. Text much cleaner and complete. A very rare puritan work at an affordable price.
