Either Rev. James Lyall, Minister of St. Mary's Scottish Episcopal Church at Kirriemuir, or more likely Lyall's young "relict," long-time Scottish Episcopal Minister, also in Kirriemuir, Rev. George Ogilvy. 

See note. The confusion, if they are not Lyall, would be easy to make, both men being from the same parish, friends, and of similar Jacobite political sentiments.
