Excellent address that could well use a read today; Haven urges his Presbyterian brethren, many of whom felt the Presbyterian doctrine of ordination was under attack, to ensure they did not become hostile themselves, and remained generous and as far as at all possible in union with all followers of Christ. A mature, solid piece of preaching.
