High on the list of all deviant typography Bibles, including the Wife-Beaters, the Vinegar, The Wicked, and others, is the well-known, but rather rare, "Murderer's Bible." The typographical error occurs in Jude 16.

Original:

These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.

1801 Murderer's Bible:

These are murderers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.

The good news is, I suppose, that whiners were off the hook.

Rare in any condition.
