A very rare second volume of this important early American Baptist periodical. Replete with primary resource correspondence from Baptist pastors, missionaries, and theologians not reproduced elsewhere.

Of special note is the official notice of Adoniram Judson's formal ordination with the Baptists, though he had begun officially working with them previously.
