Very rare with but 5 institutional holdings in the United States. Lemuel H. Arnold was up for election as Governor in 1831. In the present, he and fellow "Freemen" James F. Simmons, then in the House of Representatives, were accuse of insider trading with regard to purchase of shares in the Pawtucket Turnpike.
