A beautiful, full calf large 4to measuring 6.75 x 10.25 inches. Five spine compartments with raised bands, blind and gold tooling in each with corresponding blind and gold tooling to boards. Text block edges brightly gilt in gold, and endsheets are hand-marbled. Textually very crisp and clean, faintest foxing on prelims. Some very light rubbing at extremities of calf and the boards just ever-so slightly bowed.
