Very scarce universalist / ultimate reconciliation / conditionalist periodical from the period of the Second Great Awakening. The authors argue that "partialists," i.e. those that believe the atonement was only "partially" effective in saving humanity [the orthodox evangelical position] are both theologically and ethically wrong. The doctrine of hell and damnation they claim leads to insanity, with various cases of people locked up in lunatic asylums or having committed suicide as a result of revivalists, etc., Very rare.
