1851 BAPTIST APOLOGETIC. Rare on the Sufficiency of Water in Ancient Jerusalem for Immersion.
Very rare little work by George W. Samson. Anti-Baptists thought they had struck a sort of lethal blow to the "Dunkers" by demonstrating archaeologically that immersion was not possible at many of the places where baptisms took place. The present is involves a first-hand tour [the author went personally] to Palestine, archaeological and historical records, etc. fascinating little Baptist curiosity.
