A fascinating work in which the evangelical Anglican church wrestles with its involvement with the Prayer Revival of 1858. They applaud the revival, encourage cautious participation and wrestle in particular with what sorts of doctrines are worth separating fellowship over. An irenic, principled work overall. Fascinating piece of history.
