And, yes, another absolutely superb example of this spiritual classic in an elaborate and finely preserved full morocco binding. Six compartments divided by rather dramatic raised bands, classic motif tooled panels. Boards are beautifully tooled, along with board edges and gold tooled dentils. Hand-marbled endpapers are in relief against brilliantly gilt text block edges. Just a beautiful binding. . . interleaved with exquisite full color lithographs.
