Well this is a strange one. . . bound into the same volume we have issues of B. T. Roberts Methodist revivalist periodical, The Earnest Christian, Phoebe Palmer's holiness journal, The Guide to Holiness, and an issue of The Esoteric [which, for some unknown reason becomes the spine title], one of the most influential spiritualist and occult magazines of the era . . . all topped off with an issue of the pseudo-scientific Phrenological Journal. 

Very good grouping of issues by Roberts and Palmer with excellent content as below. Of special note is a fascinating extensive and reasoned article on physical manifestations and their relationship to authentic Christian experience.
