An excellent autograph book collected at various theater venues, ranging from St. Louis, Misourri to Dayton, Ohio and Springfield, Massachusetts, suggesting its collector was also somehow associated with the traveling circuit of actors.

Highlights include the autograph of Junius Brutus Booth, father of John Wilkes Booth; J. B. Omohundro, i.e. Texas Jack; Henryk Wieniawski; and Yung Wing, the first Chinese student to graduate from an American University.

The Booth signature often fetches $400 - $600 at auction, a Texas Jack autograph that lacks the additional quotation present on ours fetched over $3,300 at RR Autograph Auction; Tamino Autographs has a similar Wieniawski offered at nearly $4,000; and the Yung Wing ususally fetches $400 - $600 at auction as well. So, an excellent value on this little gem.
