An absolutely beautifully preserved survivor, being a 13 x 17 inch broadside marketing passage aboard the one of the Eastern Steamboat Company's fleet and any necessary connections aboard the trains of the Maine Central Railroad. An excellent and attractive piece of Maine and Americana. 

CHEAP EXCURSION TO THE STATE FAIR! At Lewiston, Thursday, Sept. 8, By Eastern Steamboat Co's Steamers and M.C.R.R. 

Thursday will be one of the best days of the Fair. The exhibition of Stock, Poultry, Fruit, Vegetables, Manufactured Goods, &c., being unusually large. The trotting promises to be extra good, as several noted horses will trot for the large purses. 

Steamer will leave Boothbay at 7.45 a.m., landing at West Harbor, Squirrel, Mouse and Sawyer's Islands, Southport, Riggsville and Westport Lower and Upper Landings, connecting at Bath with 11.15 train for Lewiston.

Returning, leave Lewiston at 5.30 p.m., connecting with Steamer at Bath at 7.10 for Boothbay.

Fre for Round Trip = from Boothbay, and all landsings, $1.
