A very detailed accounting of the more unusual or research-worthy cases that entered the hospital, recorded in hands of the various physicians.
Includes accounts of a 25-year-old with Cerebro-Spinal Meningitis following a head injury and provides details such as the injury history, details of condition progression, treatment, etc., We have Peter Cox, a 20-year-old with chronic pleurisy, accounts from a Dr. Oliver on cases of children’s diseases, and a case of a 36 year-old with severe lead poisoning . . .he apparently had led a “dissipated” life living in Mexico drinking local tequila and water that came from a well-known to be contaminated with lead, scarlet fever, mouth diseases, and many others.
Attractive half leather, lined medical record book. Heavily worn, boards weak. Complete and securely bound.
