1889 EXPERIENCE MAGAZINE. Important Keswick, Higher Life Work - J. Hudson Taylor, C. G. Moore, George Muller, etc.
Very rare full two years bound in one volume of "Experience Magazine." This was a very important higher life, Keswick periodical featuring many of the leaders of the Keswick and Higher Life movements while also paying homage to their roots in Robert Pearsall Smith by inserting a fairly significant amount of Asa Mahan, Daniel Steele, and J. Gregory Mantle. We might call this the "Wesleyan" Keswick periodical, contra the Life of Faith, which tended to feature more of the Anglicans involved.
Of note, we have several original contributions from George Muller, J. Hudson Taylor, C. G. Moore, Theodore Monod, etc,. as well as a Mildmay sermon by Spurgeon which may not be in the Metropolitan Tabernacle Pulpit. Just loads of great reading, the vast majority of which is original to the present periodical.
