A wonderful 195pp unpublished handwritten manuscript of complete sermons by Elder Abraham H. Long [1823-1908] of the Church of God. He was a prolific and high profile leader among the Winebrennerians during their revivalist exit from the German Reformed Church. His journals are in the archives of the Historical Society of Pennsylvania.
Long was converted during a Winebrennerian revival in 1851 in Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania. He was ordained in 1853 and quickly became a prominent leader in the movement.

The volume includes five previously unpublished sermons, complete, legible, and in longhand. They include:
1. Jehovah's Great Feast.
2. The Universal Invitation.
3. Christ's Gracious Invitation.
4. The Vain Excuses of Sinners Exposed.
5. The Redeemer's Complaint.
Original sheepskin lined journal, boards detached, but textually complete and well worth preserving.
The volume was presented to Barbara Mooney by A. H. Long in 1900. After her death, it was presented to Harry N. Nissley by A. H. Long, 1904.
