1894 A. T. PIERSON. Wax Linen Map of Expansion & Need of World Missions! Rare.

A very rare survivor, issued on waxed linen in 1894 to coincide with A. T. Pierson's classic missionary text, "The New Acts of the Apostles." The first editions of the work were issued with a folding paper copy of the present map; this is issued on linen and very rare. 

Titled: Prevailing Religions of the World and Progress of Evangelization.

Measures 14.5 x 26 inches. Very good state with some light stains, folds, but attractive, Very slightest fray at extremities.
