VERY ATTRACTIVE 1903 LETTER FROM F. B. MEYER REPLYING TO REV. WILLIAM T. MCCORMICK REGARDING HIS CRUSADE TO HAVE THE JUVENILE SALE OF TOBACCO BANNED.

"Dear Mr. McCormick,

I am very thankful that you feel led to take up the subject of juvenile Cigarette Smoking. I am constantly squealing about it. Nothing is more certain to lower the physique & moral tone of our nation than this pernicious habit. I feel that the time is ripe for legislation similar to that which ******* in German & elsewhere. Of course you know what valuable work has been done by the Sunday School Chronicle in this direction.

Dr. Guinness Rogers address is Clapham Common.

With warm regard,
Vy sincerely
F. B. Meyer"

Accompanied by a handsome mounted photograph of Meyer
