1910 DAVID LIVINGSTONE. Missionary Travels in Fine Leather Binding + Autograph!
A superbly bound full green morocco binding of David Livingstone's classic work on his missionary travels across Africa, his work with the Bechuana, with the slavers and slave trade, etc., This particular copy was specially bound for the Young People's Union of the Church Missionary Society as a Prize Binding, so very limited in quantity. It is inscribed by Geoffrey C. Lunt, Secretary of the YPU of the CMS and later Bishop of Ripon.
Also, neatly mounted to the pastedown is an original autograph of the famed missionary himself. A lovely assemblage.
