Very good condition with some minor rubbing at extremities; leather remains appropriately pliable. First volume has pencil notations in margins and text. Second is signed on the title in pencil by Frank Grucello Jr [b.1914], presumably the owner of the books. Each with an integrated satin ribbon page marker as well. Bindings unsigned, which is a shame.
