The Cosmic Colouring Book was the production of a group of 7 students graduating from Reigate School of Art & Design in 1973. Among the contributors is famed musician and photographer, Timothy Dry. After graduating Reigate, he studied theatre with Desmond Jones and Lindsay Kemp [who trained David Bowie, Kate Bush, etc,.].
The themes are futurist, psychedelic, and fit neatly in the era with heavy references to J. R. R. Tolkien, Alice in Wonderland, and various psychedelic-adjacent themes.
